Link Expiry
For security reasons, your magic link expires after 15 minutes. If you don’t use it within that time, you’ll need to go back to the login page and request a new link.
Email Security Filters
Some email systems or security software automatically 'click' links in emails to check if they’re safe.
When this happens, your login link time may be used up before you see or open it.
To avoid this, try the following actions:
Open the email on your phone or personal device instead of a corporate computer.
Copy and paste the link directly into your browser.
Request a new link and click it as soon as it arrives.
